1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Window
At NOVA Market, customer satisfaction is paramount. If you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of physical receipt.
2. Item Condition Requirements
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all manufacturer tags, authentication certificates, and accessories intact. Gourmet pantry and perishable culinary items cannot be accepted for return once the vacuum seal has been compromised.
3. Prepaid Return Waybills
Every order parcel arrives with a prepaid, pre-addressed return shipping label. Simply place the label over the original shipping label and deposit the parcel at any certified regional carrier drop-off location.
4. Rapid Refund Issuance
Once our inspection depot receives and verifies your parcel, refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 48 to 72 hours.
